Article 127. Illegal imprisonment
Article 144. Impeding journalists in their legal professional activities
1. Impeding journalists in their legal professional activities by forcing them to disseminate or refuse to disseminate information is punished by fine in amount from fifty to hundred minimal wages or in amount of wages or other income of the convicted for one month term or compulsory labor for up to hundred eighty hours term or correctional labor for up to one year.
2. The same act committed by a person, who used his official status, is punished by correctional labor for a term up to two years or by imprisonment for a term up to three years and deprivation of right of filling certain positions or being engaged in certain activities for a term up to three years or without such a term
Article 293. Negligence
Negligence, i.e. carelessness or improper performing of his duties by an official, due to his careless or carefree attitude towards his service in case if this resulted in considerable violation of rights and lawful interests of citizens or organizations or public or state interests protected by the law is punished by fine in amount from hundred to thousand minimal wages or in amount of wages or other income of the convicted for a period from one to two months or compulsory labor for a term from one hundred twenty to one hundred eighty hours or by an arrest for up to three years term..
The same act resulting in death caused by carelessness or other major consequences is punished by imprisonment for an up to five year term.
Article 316. Concealment of crimes
Concealment of felonies that was not promised beforehand is punished by fine amounting from two hundred to fife hundred minimal wages or in amount of wages or other income of the convicted for a period from two to five months or by the arrest for the term from three to six months or by imprisonment for the term up to two years.
Note: A person is not liable to criminal responsibility for concealment that was not promised beforehand, that was committed by his spouse or a close relative.
