GRIGORY PASKO IS SET FREE
On the 20 of July the court in Vladivostok changed the charge incriminated to Pasko: "the high treason" was reclassified as "the abuse of service commission" and condemned him to 3 years of common regime (cl.285 of Penal Code, part 3). However, the court applied to the case the decree of Gosudarstvennaya Duma on amnesty and set Pasko free in the courtroom.
In special statement of the court it was pointed out to the Chief of FSB Department in Pacific Navy that the officials of the Department of Investigation infringed the law during the investigation on the case of Pasko.
